When will my cards ship?

Most orders ship after the product is ready and fulfillment begins. If a product is marked as a presale or preorder, the product page will provide the best available timing. Once your order ships, tracking information is sent to the email address used at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Based Trading Cards supports collectors beyond the United States where shipping options are available at checkout. International buyers should expect longer transit times and may be responsible for customs, duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Will I receive tracking?

Is signature required?

Some high-value shipments may require signature confirmation or additional delivery safeguards. Check your tracking details for carrier-specific delivery requirements.

What if tracking stops updating?

Carrier tracking can pause during handoffs, weekends, customs processing, or high-volume periods. If your tracking has not updated for an unusual amount of time, contact support with your order number and tracking number.

What if my package is marked delivered but I cannot find it?

First check around the delivery location, with household members, neighbors, building mailrooms, parcel lockers, or front desk staff. If the package still cannot be found, contact the carrier and then contact support with your order number and tracking details.
