COMMEMORATIVE BOOSTER PACKS
The first-ever commemorative packs released were the Pacific Bitcoin 22 packs, which debuted at the Pacific Bitcoin conference in November 2022.
Each pack contained one of two special edition cold foil cards:
- "The Van" (Limited to 999 copies)
- "The Surfboard" (Limited to 999 copies)
The Rarest Packs Ever Created
Only 1,998 packs were ever created, and each was gifted—either at the PB22 conference or to early supporters of the project. BTCTC never sold a single pack, making these even more exclusive.
Many of these packs were discarded or lost due to their free distribution, further increasing their scarcity. As a result, PB22 packs remain among the rarest and most sought-after packs BTCTC has ever created.
Why Collectors Want Them
These commemorative packs represent the very beginning of Based Trading Cards. They were never available for purchase—only gifted to true believers. If you find one sealed, you're holding a piece of history.
